CAMPING FAQ’S

how much does it cost to camp?

All camping passes are valid for the weekend (Friday Night, Saturday Night) and costs the same whether you stay one or both nights.

TRAILFEST CAMPING PASS - TENT / VEHICLE spots are $45 - will be limited to one vehicle near your tent. Limit of 50 spots

TRAILFEST CAMPING PASS - RV / TRAILER spots are $75 -
Maximum trailer/RV length is 36’ + tow vehicle. You will have to park additional cars in general parking. Limit of 22 spots

PREMIUM PRIVATE CAMPING spots are $95 - camp a short 5-minute drive to the Trailfest. Pick your own private site with fire ring, picnic table, and space to fit up to a 25’ trailer, tent, and a car (max 8 occupants). These spots are located near flushable restrooms and running water. Limit of 23 spots

VIP camping spots are $160 - spots are
close to all the action, but with added privacy and convenience. These semi-secluded campsites have space for up to a 25’ trailer and include designated parking, fire ring, picnic table, and easy access to flushable restrooms and running water. Limit of 13 spots.

If my friends and I want to camp next to each other, what do we do?

Since general camping is first come first served on spots, you’ll want to arrive together and find a space that will work for you.

Will day camping/day use be available?

Yes. We will have areas around the course start/finish line and around the festival where you will be able to set up chairs and/or a 10 x 10 pop up tent. More details to come.

Will there be access to power?

No. You may bring a generator if you’d like - however, we do ask that all generators go off between 10 pm and 7 am.

Are there bathrooms?

Yes. North Fork Park has many restrooms located near to our campground area.

Can we have campfires?

Weber County Park Rules state that ‘Fires are allowed in stoves, grills, fireplaces or in fire rings provided for such purposes only.’

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are welcome at the event, but they must remain leashed when in public areas and that they are picked up after throughout the weekend.

Can we bring our own food, drinks and Alcohol?

Yes. Please be responsible and make sure everything is put away when no one is at your camp.

will we be able to camp without registering to participate in the athletic events?

Yes. You’ll be able to purchase a campsite without having to go through the registration page.

what is the cancellation and refund policy?

Camping fees are refundable, less the processing fee, up to September 12, 2025. Please email admin@goalfoundation.com to request cancellation and refund. A $20 restocking fee will be applied.

New for 2025! All campers have the option to purchase a refundable registration, which provides a refund on 100% of your registration fee and additional products purchased if you cannot attend for one of the reasons in the terms & conditions, which you accept when you select Refundable Registration.
